This fun, approachable workshop is designed for both curious beginners and food lovers looking to deepen their understanding of fermentation.
What is Kombucha?
Kombucha is a refreshingly tangy, lightly sweet, and gently sparkling fermented tea with crisp, fruity notes and a bright, thirst-quenching finish. It naturally absorbs and carries the flavors it’s brewed with, creating vibrant blends that can range from tart and fruity to crisp and citrusy, or smooth with herbal and floral notes.
About the Class
In this interactive class, you’ll learn how kombucha is brewed from start to finish, taste a curated selection of craft kombuchas, and explore how flavor, balance, and fermentation time shape the final drink. You’ll also get hands-on guidance throughout the process along with a take-home kombucha kit so you can confidently start brewing at home.
