Refund Policy

Due to the small group sizes and the preparation required to coordinate with our chefs, instructors, and partner restaurants, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

FOOD TOURS, CLASSES, AND TICKETED EVENTS
If you are unable to attend your scheduled tour, class, or ticketed event:

  • You may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • In some cases, we may be able to reschedule you for a future tour or class date, subject to availability and at our discretion.

  • Tours run rain or shine. If C-ville Bites must cancel a tour, class, or ticketed event due to extreme weather, unforeseen circumstances, or safety concerns, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

  • By purchasing or using a ticket, you (the purchaser) and all ticket holders in your party—including any transferees—agree to these terms.

PRIVATE EVENTS

Terms for each private event are outlined in the signed event contract and may vary depending on the nature of the booking. Unless otherwise stated in the contract, the following general policy applies:

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total event cost is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due by the date specified in your contract.

  • Cancellations: Because we reserve event dates and make advance arrangements with our partner venues and vendors, deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • By signing your private event contract and submitting the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
