Waiver and Release of Liability

Assumption of Risk

Client/Participant understands that walking tours, food tastings, and other events involve inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, allergic reactions, hazardous weather, or transportation issues. Client/Participant assumes all such risks.

 

Responsibility of Sponsoring Companies

If an individual, company or organization hires C-ville Bites LLC and invites guests to participate in a private tour or event, that individual. company or organization assumes full responsibility for the actions, conduct, and well-being of their guests. C-ville Bites LLC shall not be held liable for any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from the participation of guests invited by the sponsoring, company or organization.

 

Release of Liability

Client/Participant waives and releases all claims against C-ville Bites LLC, its owners, staff, and affiliates for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or death arising from participation, including but not limited to issues related to food, alcohol, or communicable diseases.

 

Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless for any damages or injuries they may cause during the event.

 

Cancellation & Force Majeure

C-ville Bites LLC  may cancel or reschedule tours or events at its discretion, including due to weather, emergencies, or force majeure events. 

 

Photo/Video Release

Guests/Participants grant permission for the company to use photos or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.

 

Alcohol Consumption

Participants age 21+ may consume alcohol at their own risk. ID may be required. 

 

Allergy Assumption of Risk

Participant acknowledges that C-ville Bites LLC is not liable for food or beverage allergies, and participant voluntarily assumes all related risks. 

 

Binding Agreement

This agreement is binding on the participant and their heirs. If under age 18, a parent or guardian must consent.

 

By purchasing tickets or attending a C-ville Bites LLC tour or event, you agree to all of the above terms.
