Who we are

C-ville Bites (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates www.c-villebites.com and provides food tours, events, and related services.

What we collect
• Contact & booking info: name, email, phone, booking details, notes you provide.
• Payment info: handled by our payment processor—we don’t store full card numbers.
• Communications: emails, messages, reviews.
• Device/usage data: IP address, cookie IDs, pages viewed, and similar analytics.

How we use information
• Provide and manage bookings, customer service, and site functionality.
• Internal customer marketing (updates and offers about C-ville Bites only).
• Safety, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Selling/Sharing
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We disclose data only to service providers that work for us (e.g., site hosting/Wix, payments, email, analytics) under contracts that limit their use to our instructions.

Your choices & state privacy rights
• Email: You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time (link in footer) or email us.
• Cookies/analytics: Use your browser settings or our cookie controls (where available).
• Residents of CA/CO/CT/VA/UT: You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and opt out of sale/sharing/targeted ads (we don’t do these, but you can still ask). We’ll verify your request and respond as required. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response or contacting your state Attorney General.

Children
Our services aren’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect children’s data. If you believe we have, contact us and we’ll delete it. (COPPA)

Security & retention
We use reasonable safeguards. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations (e.g., tax/records), then delete or de-identify it.

Do Not Track
Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. We currently don’t respond to them.

Changes
If we make material changes, we’ll update this notice and the date above.
