No problem, that’s what we’re here for! We’ll guide you through options and make recommendations based on your group's needs.
Simply share your preferred dates, group size, and any ideas or goals you have in mind, and we’ll take it from there. We’ll create a customized proposal tailored to your team, making the planning process easy, seamless, and stress-free from start to finish.
Our booking process is simple and collaborative:
Reach out – Contact us via email, phone, or our contact form with your event details.
Receive initial options – We’ll share a few rough ideas based on your group size, preferences, and goals.
Refine the experience – You review the options and provide feedback so we can fine-tune the plan.
Formal proposal – We’ll send a detailed proposal for your review and signature.
Secure your date – A deposit is collected once the proposal is approved.
You’re booked! – Your event is confirmed, and we handle all the details from there.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and restaurant partners, especially during peak seasons. That said, we can often accommodate shorter timelines, just reach out!
Once your proposal has been accepted and signed, we will collect a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance will be due on the day of the event.
Our pricing varies depending on the type of experience and level of customization. For food tours, cooking classes, and mixology experiences, pricing starts at $150 per person and is all-inclusive and covers food, beverages, taxes, and gratuities. For restaurant buyouts, private events, and multi-day retreats, pricing is customized based on the venue, partners, and overall scope of the experience. We’re happy to create a tailored proposal based on your group size and event goals.
Yes, we provide detailed invoices and any supporting documentation needed for reimbursement or expense tracking. This includes corporate events, educational programs, nonprofit groups, and any other organization requiring formal records. We’re happy to tailor documentation to meet your internal requirements and make the process as smooth as possible.
Absolutely! Beyond food tours, cooking classes, and private dining experiences, we also offer full-service event coordination. If you’re planning a larger retreat or multi-day experience, we’d love to help bring it all together to create a seamless and memorable experience from start to finish.
Not a problem at all! All of our experiences can be fully customized with thoughtful non-alcoholic options, including mocktails and alcohol-free beverage pairings. While some events may include beverage components, the focus is always on connection, great food, local culture, and creating a memorable experience that everyone can enjoy.
Yes! We work closely with our restaurant partners to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies whenever possible. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Most of our team building experiences run about 2.5 to 3 hours, with flexibility in timing. We can also create fully customized experiences for your team, whether that’s a single event or a full weekend itinerary!
We design our experiences to be welcoming and inclusive, and we always do our best to accommodate a wide range of access needs. Our food tours include walking portions through the Downtown Mall, which is generally flat and pedestrian-friendly, and we’re happy to adjust pacing, stops, and logistics whenever possible.
For cooking classes, private dining experiences, and events, we can often accommodate mobility considerations and other accessibility needs depending on the venue. Because many of our experiences take place in partner locations around Charlottesville, accessibility can vary—but we work closely with guests and vendors ahead of time to make sure everyone feels comfortable, supported, and able to fully enjoy the experience.
If you have specific needs, we encourage you to reach out in advance so we can tailor the experience and make the right arrangements.
